The unskilled

I am not a writer,i just observe. Now that i have clarified that.

While i was strolling i noticed a group of people working on a structure and i was like wow this structure will cost a lot. out of boredom i stood and observed with my thick 50mm glasses, and i noticed one fresh looking dude on his obviously expensive phone giving out orders, did i mention that he was seated? while the group of people(labourers) but i prefer to call them the unskilled, carried pans of sand, cement etc under the hot sun. They could pass as gladiators in the arena with their sweat, blood(this is an exaggeration)

My question goes thus, why is it  that after the unskilled finish the gruesome task they call a job, their take home is between 1000 - 2000Naira? They obviously burnt a lot of calories & got a new friend called body pain which they will have to entertain with their meagre wages. while someone who did not put in any valuable manpower goes home with a truckload of more profit than them.

I am not undermining the skilled man but am saying, come on he could not have done it alone, the unskilled deserve something more substantial. it happens in all fields, security men, bouncers, cashiers, you name it. don't we think that if the unskilled gets paid more, then we will have less dependants, less rogues, less crime lords. I am not saying it will solve the nations problem but i am sure it will help reduce employment issues.

As i said earlier, i am not a writer ..
